This 100+ year old Edwardian received a complete makeover, bringing beauty and life back into this classic Toronto home. The project included, Full demolition/gut of the dining room and a new window, new paint throughout, new furniture, lighting, accessories, complete refurbishment of 2 fireplaces as well as the vintage pocket doors. We also updated the kitchen by painting out the existing cabinetry, installing new counters, back-splash and hardware.
ECLECTIC AND FEMININE....
We gave this one bedroom unit a new lease on life, and created a bright, feminine and inviting space for our client. The project included; new paint and layout throughout, custom closets in the foyer and bedroom, built-in bookcases, custom moulding, space saving barn-doors, wallpaper installation as well as custom drapery and textiles.
A dated en-suite bathroom was completely transformed, and we created a modern oasis for our clients. The project included an entire re-design of the space - which included a reconfiguration of the layout. We also designed a custom vanity, shelving and pull-out hamper. A salvage door on barn hardware was customized and installed - creating a beautiful juxtaposition between old and new.
Downtown - YYZ
We turned this 538 sq ft condo into a Glam Bachelorette paradise! The project included; new flooring, new paint throughout, wall paneling in the living room, backsplash in the kitchen, wallpaper installation, custom window treatments, all furniture, textiles, artwork, accessories, and re-invigorating the bathroom with a custom paint treatment, new fixtures, mirror, shelving and lighting.
We created a little boys room with staying power! We maintained a neutral palette and infused the space with character via architectural trim work. Books, a child friendly side table, chair and convertible dresser are not only functional and necessary furniture pieces but they are also style forward. We completed the room with a simple area rug and custom drapery.
Working in conjunction with an advertising agency partner, we completely transformed two spaces on the Trius Property in Niagara-On-The-Lake, ON. The projects included - extensive interior remodel/design of the NBOS Boathouse and the Thirty Bench Tasting Room; removal of a glass ceiling, tear-down of wall paper, panel ceiling installation, ship-lap feature wall and wainscoting, all custom furniture design, custom bar design, and installation of a 16’ canoe.
