From a focused conversation to a comprehensive design engagement, our services respond to the scale of your project and the support you need. Based in Toronto, we work on interiors and landscapes, with video consultations available worldwide.
Full Design Services
Comprehensive design for renovations, additions, new builds and substantial transformations of your home or landscape.
We develop the project as a whole, bringing together spatial planning, materials, finishes, lighting, cabinetry, furnishings and exterior elements as the scope requires. Detailed drawings and specifications communicate the design, with coordination and implementation support defined within your engagement.
Design fees are proposed individually following an agreed scope of work.
Design Direction Session
An on-site working session to establish your project’s priorities, possibilities and scope.
We walk through your space, ask targeted questions and discuss the decisions that will shape the project. Following the session, we prepare a written scope for your review. Once confirmed, it becomes the basis for a detailed design proposal.
Interior: $925 CAD
Exterior: $525 CAD
Interior + Exterior: $975 CAD
This advisory session does not include drawings, estimates, trade pricing or contractor referrals. There is no obligation to proceed further.
Concept-to-Plan
An early design engagement that establishes the layout and direction of your project before detailed design and construction.
This service includes a Design Direction Session, site measurement or review of existing plans, preliminary layouts and circulation studies. Where required, we coordinate with consultants and prepare a preliminary drawing package to support initial builder pricing.
It provides a clearer basis for evaluating the project, discussing budgets and deciding how to proceed.
Fees depend on project size and scope. Drawings are preliminary and are not intended for construction.
Design Time
A dedicated block of design support for a defined set of priorities.
Design Time can be used for decorating, colour and material palettes, a summary mood board, retail sourcing, plan reviews, planting plans, or high-level exterior layouts and material recommendations.
We agree on the priorities before work begins and establish what can reasonably be addressed within the available hours.
10-hour block: $3,000 CAD
Equivalent to $300 per hour.
On-site execution is excluded. Further work or revisions require an additional block.
1:1 Video Consultations
Professional design advice for your home or outdoor space, wherever you are.
Bring your questions, photographs and plans. We can help you review a layout, consider furniture and finishes, discuss a renovation, or establish priorities for your garden.
Sessions take place via Microsoft Teams and include advance review, a designer-reviewed summary and a transcript delivered within 3 business days.
60 minutes: $625 CAD
90 minutes: $850 CAD
